Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. SunClosed. Public holidays are Closed.

Dial 1-800-387-1193. For residents living in Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, please dial 1-866-426-1527

Once dialed in, press 2 for French, and stay on the phone to continue in English.

For the Canada Child Benefit program, press 1.

The automated system will start playing. Press number zero “0” twice to get connected directly to the CRA call centre agent queue.
